Accessibility Support and Website Accessibility

Tell us what you need at the time of booking so the right vehicle and enough time can be arranged for your trip.

Requesting accessibility support

Accessibility requirements should be described when you request your quote. Useful details include whether a mobility device folds, its approximate weight and dimensions, whether transfer assistance is needed, and whether a support person or service animal is travelling with you. Availability depends on the vehicles free on your travel date, so earlier notice gives a better result.

Mobility equipment and service animals

Folding wheelchairs, walkers, rollators and canes are carried at no extra charge and are stowed in the luggage area, which affects how much other baggage fits. Service animals are welcome. We do not operate a wheelchair-accessible ramp fleet at every location; if a non-folding powered chair is involved, contact the office before booking so we can confirm what can be arranged.

Website accessibility

This site is built to be usable with a keyboard and with screen readers: it uses semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, visible focus states, labelled controls and text alternatives for meaningful images. We test on desktop and mobile and correct issues as they are found.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site or of a trip was difficult to use, tell us and we will respond. Call +1 647-390-0006, email info@achauffeur.com, or use the contact page. When reporting a website issue, include the page address and the assistive technology you were using.
