Urgent situations
You cannot find your chauffeur at the airport
Call +1 647-390-0006 before leaving the airport by any other means. Do not book another ride first. Leaving without contacting the office may result in the full trip amount being charged.
Your flight is delayed or cancelled
Tell the office as soon as you know. Where flight tracking applies we may already see the change, but a call removes all doubt and lets us re-time the pickup.
Your plans changed
Changes go through the office, not the chauffeur. See manage your booking.
