What happens if we are delayed at the border?

Border processing time is outside the company's control. Extended delays may affect onward timing, and where they extend the service beyond the prearranged period, overtime may apply as described in the terms and conditions.

Can the chauffeur speak to the officer for me?

No. Each passenger answers for themselves and is responsible for their own declarations, documents and admissibility.

What the company is not responsible for
