Once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage, contact the office or your chauffeur using the number in the confirmation, and you will be directed to the pickup point in use at that moment.
If you cannot locate your chauffeur
Call +1 647-390-0006 before leaving the airport by any other means. This is the single most important instruction on this page. A passenger who leaves without calling the office may be charged the full trip amount.
