Arrivals: what we need from you

• Airline and flight number, so the arrival can be monitored where tracking applies.
• Number of passengers, checked bags, carry-ons and oversized items.
• A mobile number that will work on landing, and your preferred contact method.
• The exact drop-off address, including hotel, campus or cottage detail.

Your confirmation contains the meeting instructions for your terminal. Read it before you fly.

If you cannot find your chauffeur

Call +1 647-390-0006 before leaving the airport by any other means. Terminals are large and pickup zones change, and one phone call usually resolves it in under a minute. A passenger who leaves without calling the office may be charged the full trip amount, as set out in the terms and conditions.

Departures

For outbound flights we agree a pickup time that allows for check-in, security and Ontario traffic. Winter weather and highway construction can add significant time, so we build in a buffer rather than aiming for the tightest possible arrival. Tell us if you are checking sports equipment or travelling with a group, since that changes both vehicle choice and terminal timing.

International arrivals

Customs and baggage processing add unpredictable time to international arrivals. Where flight tracking applies, we set the pickup against the landing time and allow for clearance. If you expect an unusually long clearance — connecting bags, oversized items, a pet — mention it when booking.
