Pick the vehicle by what you are carrying, not just by how many people are travelling. Luggage is what fills a car first.
We assign vehicles by class rather than by model. The class is confirmed on your booking; the specific car is whichever suitable vehicle is available that day. Vehicle images show representative examples of each class.
Skis and snowboards, golf clubs, bicycles, hockey bags, musical instruments, strollers, mobility equipment and pet carriers all change the vehicle decision. Mention them at booking, not on the curb.
Request child seats when booking, giving the child's age, height and weight. Seat belts must be worn by every passenger. Vehicles are never loaded beyond their lawful seating capacity, and the chauffeur may decline to carry passengers or items that would breach that limit.
