What determines your fixed rate

• Route and distance. A Pearson Airport transfer to Waterloo is priced differently from the same airport to Kingston or Muskoka.
• Vehicle type. A sedan, an SUV with room for skis or hockey bags, and a larger group vehicle all carry different rates.
• Passenger and luggage count. More bags can mean a larger vehicle, which changes the quote.
• Stops and service time. Extra pickups, drop-offs or waiting between legs is quoted as part of the trip.
• Timing. Overnight arrivals, holidays and peak resort weekends can affect vehicle availability and pricing.

What may be added

Depending on the trip, a quote may include or list separately: airport fees, highway tolls, parking, waiting time beyond the included period, additional stops, gratuity and applicable taxes. Cleaning and damage charges described in the terms and conditions apply only where they are actually incurred.

A quote is not a reservation

A quote becomes a booking once it is accepted by the company and you receive a written confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation notice periods are set out in the cancellation policy.

Comparing quotes fairly

Travellers searching for a cheap taxi from Toronto airport should compare complete quoted amounts rather than headline figures. A lower advertised number that excludes waiting time, airport charges, tolls or the correct vehicle size is not cheaper once the trip is finished. Cost and safety are separate things: a lower quote should never mean an unlicensed driver, an unsuitable vehicle or a shared ride.
