Airport pickup guide

Your booking confirmation contains the meeting instructions for your specific airport and terminal. Read it before you land so you know exactly where to go once you clear the arrivals area.

  • Confirmed pickup instructions. Meeting points differ by airport, terminal and time of day, so always follow the instructions in your confirmation rather than assuming a curbside pickup.
  • Flight number requirement. Provide the airline and flight number for every arrival. Where flight tracking applies, we adjust to the updated landing time.
  • Terminal communication. Message or call the office once you have your luggage so the chauffeur can confirm the pickup point.
  • If you cannot find your chauffeur. Call +1 647-390-0006 before leaving the airport by any other means. A passenger who leaves without calling the office may be charged the full trip amount.
  • Waiting and no-show policy. A waiting period applies from the agreed pickup time, and a no-show fee equal to the full fare may be charged when a passenger does not appear and does not contact the office.
  • International arrivals. Customs and baggage processing can add time. Allow for it when planning connections and let us know if you expect a long clearance.

How fixed rates work

A fixed rate is a quoted amount for a specific trip, confirmed in writing before you travel. Because every trip is different, we price each request rather than publishing a single number.

  • Rates depend on the route, vehicle, passenger count, stops and service time.
  • Some trips may include airport fees, tolls, parking, waiting time, gratuity or applicable taxes. These are itemised in your quote.
  • A quote is not confirmed until it is accepted by the company.
  • We do not advertise "starting at" pricing, because a headline number that excludes real charges is not a useful comparison.
