How far will you drive from Toronto?

We regularly run trips of three to four hours each way, including Kingston, Muskoka, Tobermory and Algonquin Park, and we quote longer trips on request. Distance itself is not the limit — vehicle availability for the date is.

Is a long-distance taxi cheaper than several separate tickets?

It depends on the group. For one traveller, scheduled transport is usually less expensive. For two or more people with luggage travelling to a destination without a direct service, one private vehicle door to door often compares well once transfers, waiting and last-mile taxis are counted.

Do you stop on the way?

Yes. Comfort stops on longer runs are normal and are not charged as extra stops. Additional pickups, drop-offs or errands are quoted in advance because they change the service time.

Ontario is a large province with thin transport links outside the main corridors. Getting from Pearson Airport to a lake north of Huntsville, a campus in London or a hotel in Kingston can mean several connections and a final taxi that may or may not be waiting. A long-distance private trip removes that chain.

Planning a long trip properly

Longer trips need more detail than a short transfer: exact addresses, gate or building access, who is meeting you at the other end, and whether the vehicle is returning empty. Winter and rural roads

Cottage-country and Bruce Peninsula roads are not always salted or plowed on the same schedule as the 400-series highways. The company is not responsible for delays or termination of service caused by unsafe winter roads, collisions, closures or severe weather. In hard conditions the safe answer is a slower trip, not a faster one.

Vehicles for the distance

Long trips reward the right vehicle. An SUV with proper luggage room is usually the better choice for four people with winter gear, even when a sedan technically seats them. Check the vehicle and luggage guide or ask the office to recommend one.
