What to have ready
- Full pickup address, or the airport and terminal you arrive at.
- Full destination address, including a hotel, campus building or cottage name.
- Date and local pickup time, plus your airline and flight number for arrivals.
- Passenger count, checked bags, carry-ons and any oversized items.
- Child seat requirements and the age of each child travelling.
- Any additional stops, and whether you also need the return direction.
Round trips
Book both directions together so the same details carry across. For cancellation purposes each direction is treated as a separate service order, which is explained in the cancellation policy.
