Families, teams, wedding parties and corporate groups moved together — planned around real passenger counts, real luggage and real arrival times.
Group transport goes wrong for one reason above all others: the luggage was underestimated. Six adults fit in a van; six adults with six checked bags, ski gear and carry-ons do not. We plan from the load, not just the headcount.
What we need to quote a group
- Total passengers, including children, and any child seat requirements.
- Checked bags, carry-ons and oversized items such as skis, golf clubs or strollers.
- Every flight number if the group arrives on more than one flight.
- Pickup and drop-off addresses, including venue access notes.
- Whether the group must arrive together or can be staged.
One vehicle or several
Where a single vehicle cannot carry the group safely and lawfully, we quote multiple vehicles travelling together. That is a limit of physics and regulation, not an upsell — see the vehicle and luggage guide for capacities.
Events, weddings and conferences
Event work is normally several trips: airport arrivals over a day or two, venue shuttles, and departures. Send the whole schedule at once so the office can sequence vehicles rather than treat each leg as an unrelated booking.
