How corporate bookings work
- An assistant or travel coordinator books on the traveller's behalf.
- The traveller's flight details are attached so arrivals can be timed properly.
- The rate is confirmed in writing before the trip.
- Both booker and traveller receive the details they each need.
Discretion and conduct
Chauffeurs are professional operators, not conversationalists by default. Client conversations in the vehicle stay in the vehicle. If you would prefer silence, a particular route or a specific arrival protocol, note it on the booking.
Roadshows and multi-stop days
Multi-stop itineraries — three offices in a day, a plant visit outside the city, a dinner after — are quoted as a service period rather than a single transfer. Send the draft itinerary and the office will price it and flag anything the timing cannot support.
